spreads for each resentment which are already laid out for us.
Working the fourth step resentments in this 4-column way, we not only come into a place to take full responsibility for our garbage like adults, but we can also learn where we need to heal ourselves. This, in my opinion, is essential to our recovery. **Always do your 4th step with a qualified sponsor or addiction recovery counselor.**
More than just where a resentment affected us, we get to go into how and/or why. A resentment affected our self-esteem or ambitions, sure, but here we have the space to go into how or why we were affected like that.
We also find all the space we need to really dig into our own mistakes. We were dishonest or self-seeking, sure, but why? Where did that come from? What were we frightened of?
Plenty of room to elaborate on how or why these areas were affected.
All the space we need to really dig into our own mistakes.
